Guidelines

Types of Support

• Capital improvement grants for making upgrades or renovations to existing buildings to enhance functionality 
• Grants for fixed equipment, for the purchase/construction of a building or other capital projects.

The Jane & Jack Fitzpatrick Trust is particularly interested in projects or initiatives that deliver positive economic results to the community. 

Occasionally, the Fitzpatrick Trust may consider: 

• Design or planning grants
• Technology grants
• Land grants
• Seed money for a new initiative/project

Limitations

The Jane & Jack Fitzpatrick Trust does not entertain applications from the same organization in two consecutive years. We do not fund annual giving, operations or endowments.
